My kids wore them religiously during school and outside of school so I am thinking that they have some "brown shirts" employed to discipline them for not following the rules while in the hallways or other parts of the school.

This hits close to home for me... My little brother has severe autism. Like many autistic people, he has extreme sensory issues and can't stand the feeling of fabric rubbing on his skin. He can't wear a mask for longer than 30 seconds before he starts freaking out. When we are out in public, people are very quick to get onto him about not wearing a mask. It pisses me off because watching his demeanor for all of two seconds will make anyone realize he is handicapped. It will never make sense to me why some staunchly pro mask person will always try to pick a fight with us about him not having a mask on.

I saw someone posted the Mt. Vernon School Board Youtube video before. I'm assuming Youtube removed it because that guy was factually wrong about more than he was right about. Anyway, here's a response to his video:

Very true. But, that’s just my opinion.

Agree it's very difficult to know the truth, I think the reality is they are figuring this out as they go along and they've gotten a bunch of it wrong.
