Whats up with White Bluff Resort, seems like a nice upscale place to stay . Condos, ramp ,boat slips and whatknot.. They been closed, bankrupt or whatever?

Never a fan as they are a HOA controlled housing community . Just about all the vacant lots have been bought by a company out of California .
