We smashed em tonight. Big 3 went 38, 34, 29. We also caught a dozen 10-15 lbrs and 20 3-5 lbrs. We fished from 8-10 pm and the reels were smokin the entire time with constant double and triple takedowns. Couldn’t keep the rods in the water. I was completely smoked bully 10 pm so we headed on in. We be back after em tomorrow. I got it all on video so I will put together something this week and post it on my YouTube channel. What a night! God is great!!

I never said there aren’t any big fish in Lewisville Tim. We catch our fair share all Fall and winter long. Just not a lot of them and you gotta work harder to find them. I do much better at other lakes buddy. There is a reason all us Lewisville guys come to Twok and Lavon and it’s not because we love dragging a big boat all over Texas! I’m travel fishing again this winter and I will show you exactly what I’m talking about Buddy. Lewisville showed off last night for sure but it is an average Bluecat lake at best. My buddies that fish here now that came from Lavon and Twok say Lewisville will make you want to take up golf!!! Not a single real Trophy Catfish guide in the winter on my lake. That should tell you all you need to know. Chad Ferguson left years ago, Tom Gravley leaves every winter for Twok.

We were in 22 ft Ken. Headed back this evening with another Jr angler so hoping we can get back into em good again for the boys.

Wow. This is truly a nice job of catching fish. I see some pictures were taken after sunset. My plan is to go out and fish next Friday night. I may not catch anything, but at least the heat and humidity won't kill me. I hate August and and the first half of September.
