Going down in November to fish with a friend, I’ve fished before at the Laguna condos pier and did ok, looking for something more private with a pier that has had success with fishing

Look at any of the rentals at Kontiki. Private pier and ramp and lots of good fish caught. There is a new pier in Fulton that has green lights. It's crowded on the weekend but not bad on weekdays. Lots of different fish caught when the lights come on. A good sized crab will get you a black drum .... like the 34 pounder that was hauled in on Friday. Have a way to get bigger fish from the water to the pier.
