They are just ok. Lots of work for the same thing corn on the cob can accomplish

That was my first thought. This seems unnecessary. There isn't really anything different about the corn as far as flavor. If someone else went the through the trouble of making this, I would eat em, don't get me wrong. But myself, I'll just stick to grilling the whole cob.
