Our go to for numbers of fish was the 6" purple with white curly tail mister twister. For lunkers my dad believed in the culprit 7.5" crawdad color. Man we caught some fish on those worms

Barlows had some opaque green with red inside that were good. Used to whack em pretty good on a black lizard with yellow dots all the way along the back of them. Can't remember what company made em. This was late 80's early 90's for both of those.

This was late 80's early 90's for both of those. Mister twister made lizards with white and yellow dots. The4 inch ones have caught a lot of big fish with spots or just black.
I got all day I’m retired

Many of the colors mentioned are still available, even though they may not be used much. Wrong

Many of the colors mentioned are still available, even though they may not be used much. Wrong Frank, I did not say that ALL the colors were still available but many of them are still sold today. Maybe you need to pull your head out and go look and see. Most of the colors listed on page 1 are still made and some of those same colors are also listed on page 2.
