Just received my new Vandord C5000XG spinning reels. Noticed there is no back winding capability. Am I missing something?

Shimano doesn't have a backwinding feature on the Nasci, Stradic, and Vanford reels. I enjoy fishing them but I do miss the back winding. I like Daiwa spinning reels more than Shimano for that very reason.

Backwinding isn't needed if you have a good drag system

Granted but why not have the best of both worlds...........besides that Daiwa drag systems are second to none in my opinion
