I'm looking to order some treble hooks to replace the ones on my 1.5 sized crankbaits as well as my spooks, and poppers. Does anyone know what size treble hooks most companies put on 1.5 sized crankbaits? I want the same size but better quality. Thanks

4, but you can replace with short shank #2s

I’ve been using these here lately: https://www.ownerhooks.com/product/sty-35/Short shank and no need to upsize if you choose-They seem bigger because of the gap

Thanks. I'll check those out. The Owners are bad to the bone. The wire they use is crazy strong. I think it is made of Unobtanium

I use the owner hooks as well...they certainly are bad to the bone.
But I also have few with those Mustad KVD EWG trebles. Those are some sticky SOBs.
