I am thinking about this. Who too? My young grandson. My step-daughters son will turn 13 in late November (21st. We have the same birthday btw). But am I allowed to do this at this age?

Sure you can, all you have to do is say it is a gift on bill of sale, I did this last week, cost $65 to transfer title of boat and motor, no taxes.
