We headed south to try a new creek. We got there pretty late so we turned on our lights and jigged for crappie for a while.
It was a beautiful night with the full moon shining on us. We ended up catching a few crappie.




After a couple of hours we headed up the creek, set up camp and crashed out for the night.
In the morning we headed further up the creek throwing 1/32oz jigs at the bank and were quickly rewarded with a few Rio's.







We also caught a redear and other sunfish.



Fishing new water is always exciting as you never know what you will catch.
All fish caught on JIGLYF jigs and released to swim another day.

Rios are on my bucket list. I have to find the time to get down south and get into some.

Thanks J-Moe! We use a futon cusion and we bring Hurcules along and 2 rechargeable batteries we have for it. Also the nights arent to bad.
