 Boat repair recommendations

Had blow out on aluminum boat trailer and it blew fender off. When it flew off it nocked several chunks of clear coat and fiberglass off boat bottom. Boat didn't have scratch on it til this would like too get back to new condition. Also need recommendations to fix aluminum trailer. Boat is ranger bayboat and trailer is ranger aluminum trailer. Closer to northeast Texas the better.
