Just read an article on fish and crustaceans “hurting”. If you can believe this, they’re having the legislatures of both England Australia evaluate it and make up laws that would take into account how they feel. This craziness will continue to the point where we won’t be able to fish because of cruel and unusual punishment. Mark my words. Just wait til they miss their first meal

Of course they feel pain but they are here to be eaten. If not by humans, by other creatures. No matter who/what eats them, they will feel pain. I watched a late night talk show years ago where the guest was complaining about plants feeling pain. He said that they actually scream when cut. What's next?

Pain in fish is more complicated than many people realize. Fish clearly respond to negative stimulus, but watch a video of someone tagging a shark. They pull out a drill and drill a hole right through the fin and I have never seen one react. If you drill a hole in your hand I am guessing you would get a pain response.

Old retired TX game warden Harley Berg said they didn't as he scaled and gutted a fish on his show.

Ooohhh! The Humanity!

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

You can find a good bit of reading on this! Personally I'm of the mind that fish don't feel pain in the way that we do. In any case the burden of proof is on the people that insist they feel pain. We like to assign human traits to animals but the fact is they're lesser beings. They're here for us to utilize responsibly. If we continue asserting that animals are sentient where do we stop? Will the video below become a reality?

Catch and release. The dream - to catch one of every species of Freshwater fish in our great state! If only I can resist Carp...

Fish react to stimuli like any creature that likes to stay alive.

However to say they "experience pain" is very hard to do. Pain as we know it is largely an EMTIONAL response that takes place in what is the most advanced brain we know of. There are many documented cases of people sustaining brain injury to certain areas and then no longer being able to "feel" pain. They sense the stimulus but not the associate "pain".

The brain of a fish is very simple. Despite how they make us look foolish so often they are very simple and not very smart. They have great instincts, but dont engage in high level thought. Its almost certain that fish do not feel pain in any way that we would recognize.

I always understood that fish don't have the correct nerves to feel "pain". From Science Daily:

Fish are not comparable to humans in terms of anatomy and physiology

Unlike humans fish do not possess a neocortex, which is the first indicator of doubt regarding the pain awareness of fish. Furthermore, certain nerve fibres in mammals (known as c-nociceptors) have been shown to be involved in the sensation of intense experiences of pain. All primitive cartilaginous fish subject to the study, such as sharks and rays, show a complete lack of these fibres and all bony fish – which includes all common types of fish such as carp and trout – very rarely have them. In this respect, the physiological prerequisites for a conscious experience of pain are hardly developed in fish. However, bony fish certainly possess simple nociceptors and they do of course show reactions to injuries and other interventions. But it is not known whether this is perceived as pain.

I don’t really care if they feel pain or not, they are just lucky that I throw them back alive; because they really wouldn’t like the alternative.

Right. Its very unlikely they "feel" pain as mammals do. That said... we cant be 100% sure, since no one knows what its like to feel as a fish does except the fish... and they aint talking.
