 Sand bass trip on Eagle Mountain

Took a trip out to Eagle Mountain with the kids to get on some sand bass and enlisted the help of guide Lane Palmer. Lane was able to get us all on fish which was awesome for the kids. Caught more fish than I could count. HE also took a great deal of time to talk to me about finding, graphing and catching the fish so that I can hopefully replicate the process with some success on my own. He is a great guy and I look forward to getting out with him on a trip in the future.
All fish were caught trolling off of flats and humps at various depths...
Highly suggest Lane if you are looking for a good guide to get you on the fish. Thank you Lane.

Jake I can't say thanks enough for letting me take your family out for a day of fishing, and good on you for being a great dad. Y'all are definitely welcome on my boat any day!
