Do you believe that drinking 10 beers or bourbon that you are adding that many calories?

You would have to drink a lot of bourbon to equal calories of 10 beers.

I went from 185lbs to 170lbs in 2 months and all I did was stop drinking beer. I was drinking 6-7 on most days.

Bourbon doesn’t have many calories. But it’s about how your body metabolizes alcohol that affects your body. Beer isn’t about the calories as much as it is about the ingredients in the beer and the alcohol and your ability to drink more beers and feel less drunk than if you drank the same volume of liquor.
