I'm having trouble with my 360 (non-Mega) connecting. This is a setup that has been working just fine, but now I can't seem to get the Helix to recognize/find the transducer. I keep getting the dreaded "Not Connected" note. I feel like the first thing I need to check is power to the 360 transducer but have no idea where to start? Any suggestions?

Get the Humminbird AP and text them. There is an option for them to call you back. They are really good and my experience is that it does not take as long to call you back as the text says. I am betting you have multiple units and you will have to go in general settings on the unit and look around. I bet your front unit is using the console unit transducer and thus no 360. Good luck.

The original 360 is an Ethernet accessory and has nothing to do with the regular transducer connection.
You have an issue with your Ethernet connection or the 360 power connection.

The MEGA 360 is a regular transducer connection.

Im an old man and not an electronic or computer person and have the same units WAYNE P. has on the SOLIX 12 DI and SI. My front unit with the 360 has given me the same issues and Humminbird has walked me through the correction Several times. Why the unit decides to choose the SI unit on it's own I know not why. Every time I have installed a HB update I have the same issues. Do you have multiple units?

Yes...multiple units. I have a Helix 10 Mega SI G3N at the console, and a Helix 10 GPS G1 at the bow. I am running through the 5-port ethernet "switch". I also have an Ultrex iPilot with the link and dual Talons.

If your units are sharing data, swap the connections on the Ethernet Switch to see if that is the issue. Some have experienced a failed port on the Switch.
Also connect the 360 directly to a display so the Switch is not involved. That should show you where the issue may be.
