Every time I catch a fish in one of my videos for a couple split seconds I put a little picture of the lure and the name and the color in the corner of the video. Why not put on in Slow motion and get some Sponsors? Really talk it up? Own it , love it. Go get some more of it? MikeyBalzz caught like a 50 pound bag, all on like a 8 or 10xd. Went viral when he did it to. According to him in a later video, SK basically told him to kick rocks. That was years ago...i think more sponsors have woken up to the youtubes. you still really have to have the following for the bigger money to come around.....or at least I would think.

My tips:
Don't film yourself breaking the law. Don't film yourself in restricted areas or in private property without authorization. Don't fall for the click-bait trap. Don't do the over-the-top "It's a GIANT" junk.
Do film the fishing. Do understand the concept of "less is more" when it comes to voice-over. Do understand the over-production is a BIG PROBLEM for many of the you-tubers.

If you need people to give you ideas about videos then you have no business making videos.

This sounds like a troll post. Or maybe James Biggs created an alias TFF handle to try to help him come up with content for his new YouTube page 🤣🤣🤣

I was carrying on a YouTube channel for a while. Didn't get anywhere crazy with it... last time I looked I had 1.1k subs, biggest video with 350,000 views... And then there's a handful with at least 10,000 views.. and then about 85% of them have under 500 views! The one thing I learned throughout doing it is to post/make videos that people want to watch. I'm sure that's obvious, and it's easier said than done. ALSO. Quality over quanity. Perfect example above.... That one video with 350,000 views, and then 50 other videos with less 500. You'd rather make a few GOOD, solid, eye catching videos with good video editing, rather than 100 thrown together videos of just reeling in a fish. Get you some social media going too. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok. Social media IS EVERYTHING when it comes to growing any kind of project these days. If I kept going with it then I could probably continue to grow it pretty well. These days on the not so common occasion I do go fish, I don't want to be messing with 4 GoPros all day and thinking of what to say. I'm just there to enjoy my time in the outdoors. Plus all the video editing I used to do. Hours and hours of it. I subbed by the way. Good luck! Lot of folks on this forum don't know their head from their [censored] when it comes to video production. Ignore them and just keep doing your thing. All the big fishing Youtube guys (Jon B, Peric, Lunkers, etc...) started off the same way you are. Now, they're making a bunch of grown men on here [censored] hurt because they can't make millions by videoing their fishing excursions and posting it on YouTube

Whatever you do please just show more fishing footage rather than just sitting in front of a camera and talking. Talk while you are fishing. More and more Youtubers want to just sit in front of the camera and hear themselves talk. Also go easy on the clickbait type titles. That is such a beating. We care more about what you caught that last fish on rather than what you had for breakfast and tackle order unboxings. ^^^^This

Start with a video on boat porpoising. It’s a hot topic. Yeah. You can borrow my Skeeter for the video. If you can’t drive, it will bounce with the best(worst) on them.
