I posted this question on the BassCat site and someone said the Texas BassCat tournament sponsored to Rockwall Marine was cancelled this year. Take that for what it is worth (I don't know the person that posted this).

Think it is switched to one that is not hosted by Rockwall Marine (e.g. kind of unofficial one). Here is some info that Chris Forsythe posted on FB:

Anyway, our gang decided we're going to go ahead with our yearly get together and put on another "unofficial" BCB Tx/La Owners, fun and fellowship or whatever you see it as, tourney on Lake Fork again this yr, Oct. 9th and 10th.
It is a fun event and something many of us look forward to each yr. and this way there will be no strain on Tommy, sponors or contributors, etc. Once we get the entry form and details finalized we'll post more info. on entry fees and so on. It's probably going to be just like last yr and we'll just update last yr's entry form.
I believe last yrs tourney turned out pretty good and I hope everyone who fished enjoyed it.
Whoever wants to join us, both regulars to the Lake Fork event and newbies, just comment and let us know. If you're free that weekend come fish, fellowship and have fun.
