Today, my team partner and I were drawn to fish the BPS U.S. Open on Grand Lake (Oct 16 tournament). Neither of us has been there.
We need to make reservations. Any Grand Lake regulars have a place (motel/cabin) you'd recommend?

The Best Western is good and boat friendly.

rj,
Sounds good ... thanks!
Got a feeling Best Western will be the one.

We used to stay at Red 11 Port Resort until they built Martin’s Landing back in the 80’s and 90’s. Lots of tourney guys used to stay at Martins Landing. Red11 is quite old by now but I always liked the area. I wonder if Ivan Martin is still alive? Been a while……

Best of luck, I am in too. I know at least one person that didn’t, so it’s a full field.

Check with Tera Miranda. Good clean cabins and boat ramps on
site. A 10 min boat drive to wolf creek park which is usually where most tournaments go out from.

Thanks horseplaydvm.

Will check out Tera Miranda. Noticed good reviews for the restaurant there, too.
