Hey all,

Anyone have intel on the bite at Bridgeport?

I’ve been fishing a Waurika Lake in Oklahoma because it’s the closest lake to me, But the white bass bite has been tough. I have done well on Hybrids but the white bass will not stack up on their typical pattern because of the shad kill we had. I would just like a place I can go and wear out some fish one morning.

Any and all help appreciated!

I was at Bridgeport on Monday, July 5th. Fished from 6 am to noon. Marked alot of fish from 20 to 30 ft deep and they were on the move. When I would mark a stack of fish, they were gone by the time I set up to fish for them. Only caught one by casting at them and no bites slabbing for them. Finally resulted to trolling for them with success in 30 feet of water east of Rattlesnake Island.

Hope this helps!

Been catching sandies on mid lake humps and points towards main lake off rattlesnake. Using same rsr slab you have in your pic. Early morning is best. Sometimes they're hugging bottom, so close you may not see them on graph. I'm casting slab and bouncing back to boat, works best. Goose Island has been somewhat productive as well. Im usually done fishing by 10:30 unless cloud cover is thick. Good luck!

Thanks guys! That’s about how it’s been going on Waurika as well. Great information. Thanks for the help! If I can help out in any way let me know.
