3 weeks ago they took out $58.00 out our checking account 5 times in a row for a payment . After the 2nd one we called them and it just kept on and they told us they could not stop it . We called the bank and cancelled our CC for them . When we ask how long it would take for a refund they told us up to 3 weeks . Yesterday they now said it could take up to 3 months now for them to put it back in our bank because that is the law and how much time they have ! This is BS

I never give checking account access to any third parties. This includes not using a debit card or checkcard for preauthorized payments.
NTTA and others get my credit card number. At worst, I can dispute a transaction and not have to pay until it's resolved. But when funds have been swept out of your checking account, you're out the money until the problem is resolved ... and that missing money could cause other important bills to bounce.
And yes, I agree - what they're doing to you is BS

And they could care less that I have used them for years and have 3 company trucks that all have tags and have never been late on payments .

Big fan of NTTA in my area, they keep the roads spic and span clean.
Offer roadside assistance, if it ice or snows they put a truck full of salt/sand on every overpass waiting
Traffic hauls on them

I just avoid toll roads and NTTA They are worth it to me most times because I would rather be doing 75 mph + than slow moving among the masses
