I’ve got an 08 Optimax with some issues, starts fine, idles a little rough but bogs a little and slow out of the hole, gets worse as the day goes on. Next day straight off the trailer runs ok but gets worse as day goes on. Day after day same thing. I’ve changed plugs, filters, had all injectors tested and cleaned and problem persists. Anyone know a good mechanic in Lake Jackson, Bay City area? I’m done messing with it. BTW it has good compression.

Take it to Galveston Marine Center in Alvin. Certified Mercury shop, they've done all my work on an '08 Optimax. Talk to Randy or Mike!

Pressures were good, 90#s on fuel and 80 air. I’ve got a trip coming up, if it makes it thru that one I’ll find somewhere to take it.
