going next week with the whole Fam Damily... Any must sees / do / avoids...
have kids going 3months - 9 years. 3 adults... and one childish grandpaw ....(this is me)
grandson in a wheel chair. (not much holds him back)
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.

Cool little place. We did a day trip there last December while in Rockport and really enjoyed it. Iโm sure itโs a little more busy in the summer than winter. Sorry not much help on things to do though.

DI I do that on a regular basis. But, will be limited with the kiddos around.

POC is a fishing town. Probably would've been better off going anywhere else with that crowd in tow.

There's a beach, tackle store, bait shop, few places that sell food and a bar.

POC and Seadrift are my two favorite coastal towns. Someday I will break down and get a place at one of the other. I canโt help much on activity other than fishing.

POC and Seadrift are drinking towns with a fishing problem.
Gotta eat at Kathy's. Really good shrimp (off their own boat) and plenty of it.
Speedy stop has no moonshine gas.
LOTs of people on weekends, which is why we bought a place in Seadrift, 1/5 the traffic.

will definitely try Kathy's Been there once and really liked it. Not a tourristy town at all. Would love to rent a camp and go there with the wife for a week. Had a good burger at Hurricane Junction Bar and Grill and you may also like Josie's Mexican Food.
