Thawed one of my on sale briskets. Point got done 1st so I had to slice it off and put in ice chest wrapped up. 1 hour and 15 minutes later Flat got done. 2nd time in my life I had to do that. Rested them about an hour and a half and sliced em up. Wife and son loved it. That looks good. By that pic/cutting....looks like the Point was sliced wrong.

That looks good. By that pic/cutting....looks like the Point was sliced wrong. No sir. It's cut cross grain like all my cooks.

It's cut correct and I wouldn't turn it down anyway
