 Ultrex Spot Lock Quit Working

I bought a used Ultrex 2 months ago and it has worked perfectly until yesterday. When I push the spot lock button the light doesn't come on and the spot lock doesn't work. Also the light on the "puck" is not on. This is all new to me. Any ideas to fix my problem? I would take it to a shop for repairs but they are all backed up.

does the puck have power? Lookup how to pair it again.
could be lots of things, need to eliminate things, start with easy things. trace the power to the puck. check fuses.
