Nice post Laker and some nice fish. Hope you guys find some more brush piles.
Side Note: Do you have side scan? If so what type are you using?

Thanks Chuck and Gitter Done for the replies. Chuck: Have not seen any Rios and have only caught a couple this year. Got a feeling that a bunch died off due to the winter freeze. I have fished several coves that normally have good numbers of Rio in them. Nothing this year. Let's hope for a comeback. Gitter Done: Only have a graph on my kayaks. My friend Steve who has the boat does have side scan.

Thanks Curtis. I have not caught many Rios this year as compared to all other past years. I have also not seen as many as years past. I do think that the freeze played a factor and the Rios will make a good comeback in years to come. Thanks for the reply.

It’s rough when work gets in the way, but at least we have the opportunity to get out there, work and earn. I never noticed how crappie will follow the shade around docks until I got over here in Delaware. Y’all stay safe and stay getting on em when you can!
