Just noticed this area was leaking lower unit oil, has anyone had this issue [Linked Image]

on a SHO? Is this even a normal opening or possibly caused by debris?Any advice is greatly appreciated!

It's a weep hole for water to drain and thats water stains not oil stains.

Thank you so much, I was looking at older photos of by boat but couldn’t see this in the photos, also the fluid on the ground is blue.
