I'm still sticking to my summer off of the weight loss train. Here's my last post:

Okay, I am seeing you back on June 1st just like I said I would. Weight is 230 right now. Lots of plans have changed with regard to personal obligations. My work is status quo. Still no travel until prolly fall so I've got lots of projects to complete this summer. This is all stuff that is required for us to get the house and property in AR ready so we can move to our retirement home in 2023. We plan to travel back and forth every two weeks during summer, working late hours and eating later in the evenings, etc....I've decided to put off my weight loss gig until Sept 1st. I will be maintaining my weight at 230 but not trying to lose. I have made my new weight goal being at 215 by Dec 31, 2021. I started around 250 in Jan so it's gonna be a drawn out desired weight goal that I will meet.

Please don't slide on my account. We started with lots of folks, but dwindled quickly. It's never too late to jump back up on that horse and ride 'er like heck! You can do it. If not for you, do it for your family. As we age, health is huge. Please stay tuned in. I will be back. I assure you. Good luck to all!

Here's what I'm wondering....how many folks are left? We started with 13. Now, I'm thinking there's just a couple left. Although I'm not trying, I weighed in a little over the 230 mark but not by much. I'm still pushing for the ones that are still in it to win it. Granted, I'll be back on Sept 1st. I will fight like heck to reach my goal of 215 by the end of the year, too. Please post up if you're still in it. I enjoy the positive results.

I'm still in!
Wife and I have been dealing with some health issues and hospital visits but still hit the gym when we can.

I was at 205 this morning, so up a little but still where I want to be.

We got it!
