Is the fishing any good? I realize that is in Oklahoma but it's close enough that I figured some of yall might have spent some time there. Someone was telling me about their floating cabins and they sound cool (but expensive) so I was wondering about the fishing. I read there are sandies and striper in the lake but didn't know if they existed in any numbers.

Just went this past weekend. I looked for schools of sandbass as I was out fishing for smallies but never found anything. I was not even aware the lake had stripers but it makes since in hind sight. I found several schools of "larger fish" between the ramp and no wake bouys at Marietta Landing (south east corner by the dam) suspended at 25 feet in 40ish feet of water but decided not to fish for them as I was chasing smallmouth at the time. If I had an idea the lake had stripers I probably would have tried to catch them.

In other news, smallmouth action was very good around any of the points on the lower end with drop shots and wacky worms.
