Talked to them Thursday and it was still closed but they where looking. City said the site would be updated.

The response I received when asked about the opening of the ramps:
You can view the current elevation of the lake here: https://www.swf-wc.usace.army.mil/lewisville/. Per City Directive, we monitor boat ramp closures at 523.44 feet. Once the lake election drops below this mark, we will assess the ramps for damage from the flooding and make a call to reopen the ramps. With more rain in the forecast, we do not know when the ramps will reopen. However, you can check with surrounding cities whose ramps sit at a higher elevation, to see if they are currently available.

Is this going to be 3 years in a row it has been closed on the 4th? At least 2 for sure, probably 3, or 4 out of 6 years. Aggravating.

City of Lewisville says TowerBay opened yesterday. Courtesy dock is still closed.

Why would any fisherman go to Lewisville on 4th of July weekend. You couldn’t pay me enough to hit that lake.
