 225 Opti bogs on takeoff and won’t run full rpms

My 08 optimax started bogging at takeoff, I’ve checked full and air pressure, changed plugs, had injectors checked and rebuilt (air and fuel). First off the trailer it runs the best it will all day, gets slower to get on pad as the day progresses, sits over night and repeat. Anyone else had this problem?
