My little Bose bit the dust after many years of good sound. My wife got it from her company for her years of service, so I got got for nothing. grin Looking to replace it with something that sounds good but in the $100/$150 range. Any suggestions?

JBL/Altec Lansing//Harmon Kardon (same companies) makes a few decent BT speakers. Several in that price range.

I used a JBL branded “tube” that worked pretty good for the boat. I eventually just replaced it with a 3-1/2” round gauge sized marine radio. The marine radio lasted one year. Now I have a SonicHub2 NMEAed through my Lowrance stuff. Great sound and features…but it ain’t portable and only works on a few graphs.

Sonos makes a quality product. Check out the Sonos Roam.

I have a UE Roll 2 that has been great for the last three years. I think it’s a little over your price point though.

Got this one for my birthday a few years ago when I had my Raptor. Thing will go for days without having to recharge.

JBL is running a special this week

You can get the JBL Extreme 2 for $155 free 2 day delivery and no sales tax. You can't find that price on Ebay for a new open box, the cheapest you can find is like $250. I bought one this week.

Other than that I am big fan of JBL Flip 4 for the compact size and powerful, plus you can like up to 100 of them.
