Thanks Chuck, Alan & Barry. Leo & Yesenia...I just coat them in egg & milk...then dip them in a mixture of corn meal & Zatarains (50/50) & pan fry in Canola oi. I like the whole fish...especially the skin, tail & fins fried crispy.

Nice post and fish Vogey. As always awesome job. Side Note: Two of my fishing buddies fished Fayette last week. I had to work. They both had fished Fayette several times over the past year. They did pretty good. Caught good numbers of Bluegill and several nice bass in the 2 to 4 pound range. Small crank baits and Gulp Alive Leaches on a drop shot did the trick.

Another fine Fayette post! Good job Vogey.
Side Note: A friend of mine fished for bass last week and said that Oak Thicket had made some improvements. Good news for sure. He also caught plenty of bass with the biggest around 5 pounds.
