Somebody has to be the percent that survives. Aaron was in fantastic shape. Ate well, ran and exercised alot. He has incredible will. Here is to praying that he overcomes this.

Prayers for Aaron โ€” and everyone else suffering. Faith and prayers help. I had three brain surgeries and almost died myself. I kept thinking (when I was somewhat awake), "Thy will be done." And, "What ever happens, I'm ok with it." I was prepared for any outcome.

I got another chance eventually. I hope Aaron does too.

I had a family member that was having all kinds of health issues they couldn't diagnose, constant trips to Houston for tests. One day he wakes up and all his words are gibberish, they do a scan and he has a massive brain tumor, how they missed that mad I don't have too much faith in doctors to this day because of that. He was given a prognosis of one year to live, they do the surgery and treatment and he comes through fine, 10 years later and no cancer.

prayers for Aaron --- he's a stand up guy .
I have three people that I know suffered a Glioblastoma . My wife's brother , by the time they found it and removed --- it was 1/3 the size of his brain and came back more aggressively post surgery --- he lived 5 moths after initial diagnosis . A work colleague , he choose an immunotherapy plan ( high risk ---no surgery ) -- they managed to get the tumor down to a size of a walnut ( from baseball size) and he was progressing really well --- then right after one of his final treatments --- the actual " immune therapy " caused him to have a heart attack and die .
The third is a brother in law that was a heart Dr at the time for the Mayo clinic . He did the surgery first then the immune system treatment. He is now 8 years post all the treatments and the only Glio survivor I know . He is now a top heart Dr at Stanford and DOESN'T talk about his tumor at all ---
He basically said the future for treating Glio will be immune system treatments ( basically injecting you with super aggressive , tailored viruses that kill off the tumors )

Good info to be gleaned from these experinces.

I saw on his FB page where he felt much better and was able to get out on the water and fish a bit.
