The very back end of the video shows the long term GFS model predicting a potentialy significant hurricane hitting South Texas. While that model did show that the last 2 days, it no longer does. Not to mention, for a hurricane to fill up Choke it would really need to come up from Mexico from the South or SW to have a big impact unless it came on shore moved 100 miles west and sat there for a few days.
