Hello,
Anyone been on Bob Sandlin lately fishing for bass? I've been struggling during the day out there and just looking for anyone that would be willing to share a successful pattern and any particular part of the lake fishing better than others. Just general information is appreciated.
Thanks

Points on the main lake and secondary points off the main lake in the creeks. Not sure if there is any grass, but if there is a swim jig in and around either submerged grass, bank grass or hay grass. Also a frog.

Deep, I would find bait off main lake points, I have always done the best with the wind blowing in or across them. Throw a c-rig, fb jig and a deeper cb.

Those things usually work for me at Sandlin.

between the RR and 21 bridge is usually the area I fish

Were these fish caught in deep water. Any pattern info?

Thanks Marc. Sure unusual they are still shallow this time of year with this heat. I guess that's why I've been struggling. I've been fishing deeper water due to the heat so makes sense I have not found many out deep. Appreciate the info.
