Stopped by the Power Pole booth at the Classic expo on Sunday (super cool display for those who didn't see it) and noticed they were making black spikes now. Said to one of my friends how much better I thought that would look on my boat. One of their reps walks over and we get to talking and make the same comment to him. He says "we can take of that." I asked him I needed to drop my poles and drive down the highway and send them a picture of the damage. He says nope, hands me a business card, and tells me to email him Monday morning. I did just that. When I came home from lunch today, sitting on my door step were 2 brand new spikes for my poles. I have had a couple of issues they were always quick to help with or replace parts on for things that were actually malfunctioning, but I was blown away they would send me a new pair of spikes just because I wanted them. Fantastic customer service from them as always.

Power pole customer service is outstanding. My "new to me" boat has power poles. I messed up one of the lines putting in a battery charger. I called them and told them what I had done. Like most anglers, I informed him on Tuesday that I had a Bass Champs tourney Saturday and really needed it fixed immediately. Thursday, I received not one but 10 fittings and a quart of hydraulic oil. No charge. Hard to beat that service.

They have sent me a rebuild kit , a set of hoses and oil, now they are rebuilding my pump, all a a 10' Blade that was on a used boat I bought.

Should've chatted with them when I was there. Agree they have great service, just wish they had an upgrade program from the old C-Monster to C-Monster2

For awhile there was a lot of excited talk about them debuting a trolling motor, but haven’t heard anything in a long time. Anyone have info?

I ordered a circuit board for an old 10' blade a month or more ago and at the time I was told the part was out of stock. I get it. I mentioned to the guy at the booth at the Classic and was wondering when to expect it. I'm not concerned because we know how it is. He said he'd check on ETA when he got back.

On Monday I get an email saying the part has shipped. Coincidence?

Yes, but anyway they have been so helpful to get parts for the used PPs I picked up many years ago.

They did the same for me too. First class customer service.
