Went to RC this past Tuesday could not find any sand bass schooling so had to resort to trolling. That seemed to be the ticket one time I pulled in three at one time several doubles, caught several hybrids but they were all undersize but still a lot of fun. Not many undersized sand bass a lot of them were pretty good sized with some 11 inchers. We trolled Fergusion point we did that for a couple of hours. My friend that was with me did not want to keep any so we only kept 25 and left. I tried 309 flats did not see any thing not even boaters, did see some out in the main section fishing for hybrids. Went to pellician island nothing there either. By 11 am it started to get warm so we left the lake. I am going to go back tomorrow and see what they are up to hope to locate some top water action.

If you pass over the same spot trolling, and you catch them, set a waypoint. If you go back over that same spot trolling and get another, stop and jig for them.
