I personally thought they were better without him. He wanted to be way to dark.

I guess Z missed the point of the song.

"..The pleasantist angling is to see the fish
Cut with her golden oars the silver stream,
And greedily devour the treacherous bait.

He also takes time to stop a show and go on some liberal rant. I love Pink Floyd. But I'm not shelling out what the price of concert tickets are to hear some self righteous a-hole preach to me. I don't care if it's Waters or Nugent. I paid to see a concert not a political rally. STFU and play your songs.

Saw them twice in concert (Dark Side of the Moon and Animals) cant remember any politics ever coming up during a show. But then again that was back in the 70's and I've killed many a brain cell during and since then.

I typically assign as much importance to celebrities political opinions as I would for a four year old, but I’ll always give props to people on the other side of the spectrum when they’re right. Roger is right this time. Good for him.

That’s was back when men were men and women were women.

That’s hilarious. Much of Dark Side is a commentary on of the extremes of capitalism (the chasing of money at all costs)
Animals is a critique of Marxism/socialism with the pigs being the political leaders hoarding all the power and wealth.

If I were to label Waters’ political ideology; I’d say he’s a Libertarian.

That's the difference between a truly open-minded thinker and the Left. To the open-minded, the truth is the truth, no matter who says it. The Left think their truth is the only truth.

Please do not disparage four year olds like that.

He said how did we give him any power talking about Zuckerberg.
Take a peek in the mirror. How did you get the mouthpiece you have today?

They both earned it. One by singing, the other by building a successful social media site.
