Following up last weeks Hard Core Tournament (MLF format) which was a total blowout for that format the LFA 5 fish limit is almost twice as good. The bass are finally catching up to where they were supposed to be at the end of May. As usual not for everyone however.
All fish 10" and up are keepers. Only the best 5 count.

Boaters

First Place went to Dennis Bubinas of Lake Fork with 10 bass for 17.49 LB with a 4.68 LB lunker..
Second Place went to Robert Gaylor of Lake Fork with 5 bass for 17.12 with the boater lunker of 5.94 LB
Third Place went to Tim Gold of Mineola with 6 bass for 16.69 LB. .with a 4.87 LB Lunker
Fourth Place went to Randy Bunch of Lake Fork 9 bass for 14.69 LB. with a 5.71 LB lunker
Fifth Place went to Bill Ailes of Sulphur Springs with 8 bass for 11.43 LB with a 5.08 LB lunker

Co-Anglers

First Place went to Bob Lambert of Lake Fork with 5 bass for 19.15 LB with the co-angler lunker of 6.77 LB..
Second Place went to Jackie Price of Alba with 5 bass for 11.90 LB .with the lunker of 3.87 LB.
Third Place went to Jimmie Bright of Frisco with 4 bass for 10.87 LB. with the lunker of 4.49 LB.
Fourth Place went to Ken Kielbas of Arlington with 10 bass for 9.72 LB. with a 2.49 LB lunker.
Fifth Place went to Bill Pigg of Allen with 8 bass for 9.47 LB with a 3.62 LB lunker.

We caught 153 keepers today with 1 angler skunking. The first time I have seen it where the best 5 boaters were all in double digits and the best 5 co-anglers were almost the same. There was a bunch of big slots caught and even more hooked and escaped the landing net if you believe the angle's tales.

The LFA fishes every Thursday except T-Day and Christmas on 2 different formats. A 5 fish limit we call LFA and a MLF style format where every fish counts we call Hard Core, 3 special tournaments and an end of year dinner. We are a club of 54+ seniors (Mostly) and are very liberal on members being for off vacations and medical issues. Even though we are practicing social distancing and wearing masks, we have about 16 sitting out from Covid exposure,

Right now we are looking for more BOATERS BOATERS FISH FOR FREE.
