make the drive to reel time rods at fork, on 17 at little mustang bridge.
they do some really nice stuff, wish I could afford a couple of theirs.

what do you need repaired and where in DFW are you, there are a few of us around that will do guides etc. and I know of a few guys around fort worth that do it all

I took mine to Southwest Parts in Dallas. They have a guy come by once a week to pick up the rods. They said it was a 91 year old guy who does amazing work. I should get it back this week. I'll report my experience.

I took mine to Southwest Parts in Dallas. They have a guy come by once a week to pick up the rods. They said it was a 91 year old guy who does amazing work. I should get it back this week. I'll report my experience. It was a good experience. I had the rod tip replaced on a Falcon Cara. Cost less than $20 and it looks good as new. I'd recommend Southwest Parts again.

I can recommend Rod Fixer. He has a nice little repair shop and does great quality work.
