With good credit, what is the best possible rate one could find on a 2018 used center console for $35k?
Saw ~5% at bank of the west, and classic boat loans mentions 9% on older boats. At those sort of prices a HELOC would be way more affordable?

5% isnโt bad and with the fees associated with a HELOC it would probably be cheaper.
