Hardly a breeze in sight made for an interesting top water bite in the morning. First time this year that a Yellow Magic worked for me. The water temp is 10 degrees lower than what happens in a normal year. But the fish were biting for all. No skunks today,
The MLF format counts every fish over 10" including slots . We fish three rotating sections on Lake Fork every other Thursday daytime about 22 times a year...

We fished section 1 today.

Boaters

1st Don Overstreet of Sulphur Springs with 11 bass for 20.26 LB with a 4.22 LB lunker mostly caught on a CS rig with a black worm..
2nd Dennis Bubinas of Lake Fork with 5 bass for 16.13 LB. with a 5.94 LB lunker.
3rd Randy Bunch of Lake Fork with 9 bass for 14.97 Lb with a 3.02 LB lunker .
4th Galen Smith of Alba with 8 bass for 9.74 Lb with a 2.36 LB lunker.
5th Tim Gold of Mineola with 5 for 8.58 Lb with a 3.31 LB lunker.
6th Terry Thompson of Sulphur Springs with the boater lunker of 6.05 LB

Co Anglers

1st John Berech of Garland with 4 bass for 13.55 LB with the co-angle lunker of 5.71 LB. mostly caught on a CS rig with a black worm.
2nd Avery Gatton of Iowa with 6 bass for 10.80 LB with a 4.58 LB lunker
3rd Alf Tuggle of Cypress Springs with 4 bass for10.41 LB with a 3.78 LB lunker.
4th Ken Kielbas of Arlington with 4 bass for 9.44 LB with a 5.28 LB lunker.
5th Bruce Allen of Lake Fork with 5 bass for 7.01 LB with a 2.02 LB lunker.


103 bass were caught which is a 100% improvement. NO anglers were skunked.
