Probably not the best place to post but could use some help. I’m having a leaking seal on the ram and not sure if anyone has tried to contact Minnkota before but what a pain lol. I finally got a response on Facebook but unfortunately I haven’t had any luck finding a service center for MinnKota in NW LA. Do you guys have anyone in east texas that does MinnKota raptor warranty repair?

That would be one of my holdups ins witching from Power Pole. The customer service on the very few minor issues I have had with 4-5 sets of Power Poles over the years was insanely good.

The only reason I went with raptors was because they were the only thing in stock. I didn’t even think about needing warranty work. I have been happy with the purchase as I feel they are built very well. Like any new products they will have issues and that is where you have to step up with customer service. I don’t like the fact I can’t call and actually talk to anyone at MinnKota.

I don’t think I will have any issues getting it repaired. I just can’t find anywhere that works on them 😂

Thanks Used2fish. I have several to call in the morning. Most seem to only repair trolling motors.

Did you find someone? I’ve used “Dive salvage and marine” in Shreveport for my talons. Last time I was there he said he went to their school for the raptors. I love mine so far. Hope you get it worked out.

Thanks Used2fish. I have several to call in the morning. Most seem to only repair trolling motors. If you call a minn Kota asc and they tell you they don’t work on a minnkota product I’d email minnkota and let him know they expect more out of their certified repair shops than that.

Hate to be that guy, because I love me some MinnKota, but that’s the EXACT reason I bought Blades. Every time I’ve had my Ultrex act up, I’ve just made the repair myself.

So i called about 5 places this morning. Jones said they don’t repair them yet and the only place they would take it on was toledo fiberglass. Fortunately I finally got minn kota on the phone and they are sending me the parts and letting me repair it myself. They said it is really easy and won’t be a problem. Better then having to miss work and making a 1.5 hr drive.
