21.5 with current employer, 15 with the previous employer and 9 the one before that. Never felt the need to move around much but that seems to be a thing of the past. Seems if you want to advance in today's job market you need to be prepared to job hop.

4 years next week. I'll probably be there until I retire, die, or move back to Texas.

20+ military, 25 with civilian company. Now retired.

30 yrs. 6 months retired at 55 yrs.old. Never looked back. Just fished and hunted since.
I would agree with you , but then we would both be WRONG !!!!!

Coming up on 22 years with the same employer. 3 different accounts as a contractor. Let's hope I can stay until I retire in 4 years.

20 years retired from US Army. 5 years with a defense contractor in Iraq. Now 7 years at my current job. When I started this one the average tenure was 32 years so when I retire for good in 5 years I'll still be the new guy.

10 years with the State, 13 years running my own tech company, and 15 years with HP prior to that. Retiring next year...

Worked 37 years. Got hired when I was 20. Retired at 57. Been retired for 8 years. How time flies.

15 years in my current DOD Contractor job, but I've worked for four contractors covering those 15 years. 20 years active duty military with a few years corporate B2B consulting between those two. I'll draw SSC next year, not sure what I am going to do, but I'll work PT doing something. We own a 3 year old multi state insurance agency on top of our jobs
