Two anglers confessed to taking fish previously caught and stored in a fish barrel to try and win a CHARITY tourney Sat on Caddo. The tourney was the "Reelin for Kids Benefit Tourney" raising $$ for area foster kids. The anglers were observed and reported and LADWF pulled them aside at the weigh-in and point blank asked them if they and CHEATED and they said YES.

Hunter Moss- currently listed as a Jr. on LSUS fishing roster.
Phillip Purcell- he's a fn registered sex offender to boot...

Both of those guys fish the Friday night Caddo tourneys as well so doesn't take much to connect the dots there too...

Yes very likely he violated his terms and conditions of being a registered sex offender. Some one that knows the details needs to contact the Sheriff Office and let them know. They will investigate the complaint for sure.

The guy running the tournament is made aware of the registered deal. He’s actually a Judge in Bossier City. One that doesn’t play either!!

I found a barrel with holes in it a long time ago at an unnamed lake and thought the same thing. I wonder if kid is on LSU fishing team if so kick him out of the university, as for the offender you never know what terms he is on and im not trying to excuse it but if it dont involve kids not a dang thing will happen to him is my guess. I think they should have had their az kicked by the group. Nice to see someone saw it, reported it and something came of it, good ol justice. Im glad they posted the names, if anyone sees them on a roster f** call them out in front of god and everyone, they should not show their face anywhere in tourney fishing ever again as far as I am concerned.
