Very weak day of fishing on Boerne lake today. I did find a small section of the lake where there were a few fish feeding, but I think they were mostly sunfish. Occasionally I found something chasing baitfish but they weren't interested in my lures and wouldn't bite. Ended up with one small bass and a sunfish. Keep some of those sunfish and drift fish live or cut baits. Have fun with the big catfish in the lake. My buddy has broken the lake record flathead 3 times already. Twice last month.

The scenery!  Side Note: Boerne Lake can be difficult. There are some nice fish in that lake including the creek. Usually have my best fishing there during late summer and fall.
