If a bass eats the worm how will that affect the flavor of it when you eat it? You said that if they eat snakes and frogs the flavor isn't as good as when they feed on bait fish, but what about worms? Actually frog legs are pretty good tasting so why does that make a bass taste bad?

Actually frog legs are pretty good tasting so why does that make a bass taste bad? Pretty sure what you catch them on doesn't affect flavor. Flavor is more about what they eat the most of. Dunno why the difference between frogs and bass. I prefer corn fed beef. Ever try beef finished on grass only?

When I was a kid in the North West it was a piece of a nightcrawler for yellow perch and a whole one rigged pretty straight for bass. Worked dang good!
See you on the lake and have a great day!
