Planning to throw the glide bait quite a bit.....cranks on the rocks and chatterbaits into the cockleburrs. What do you all have success with on those windy days?

C-rig, spinnerbaits, jigs, and drop shot C rig sounds like I need to tie that on! definitely got it in the plans now Never throw them but I bought me a couple a month or two back! sounds like a good bait to start the morning with.....trailer or no trailer? Damn....deep diving crankbait time already?! Just picked up a stealth blade jackhammer to try....hoping that it takes the place of scrounger heads for me. I get too much line twist on scrounger heads....but love the presentation. Ive had bass and good size walleye munch that bait....hoping the jackhammer with a fluke will get bit the same.

Drop shot all year long,,,any weather condition. It just works. I dont tie on the drop shot before 1pm...and thats only if i havent caught yet! didnt tie on the drop shot last week! LOL I need to catch a giant on the dropshot to change my mentality/perception of it. the rig definitely catches fish and is probably debatably one of the best techniques if you HAVE to catch 1 fish....but I sure do hate it for whatever reason. I dont fish them slow either....i blame the forums for getting it in my head that drop shotting is fairy-wanding LOL
