Bob go drag a 106 out of the Boneyard at DM and light it off with the Brisket behind the tailpipe. Yum on the JP4 seasoning! this!

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

The wife wanted to go a different direction so that’s what we did. B&B lump to start with, pecan to smoke with.

I’ve always held Coopers in Mason as a top of the top joint. It and Louie Mueller in Taylor as two true masters of their craft. Fishing partner was in law to Cooper, and another was brother to pit man at Mueller. Surprisingly similar methods. Neither would remotely qualify as low and slow. Lots of salt. Direct wood heat and wrap at least half the cooking time.

It’s basically same as yours but uses gas to start the charcoal. Attach a Coleman 16oz propane canister, hit the button and let ‘er go to town.

Wouldn't make a special trip for it but it's the best bbq/food between Bulverde and Marble Falls.
