This morning I was coming in to work at 4:45 am and drove past an 18 wheeler on its side that had been in a wreck overnight with a car. All the fuel has spilled at, quite a mess. Luckily no one was seriously hurt though some injuries no doubt. Then I get to work at my hotel and realize both boilers are out and the water is ice cold all morning. Lots of angry people and rightfully so but in perspective things can always be worse. At least the elevators are working.

Where the ice machines working?
I'm to the point where I ask when checking in "what floor has a working ice machine?".
In the last year or so, not one time has the answer been all floors.

I'm to the point where I ask when checking in "what floor has a working ice machine?".
In the last year or so, not one time has the answer been all floors. That's because in a lot of hotels there are only ice makers on every other floor.
